About This Position
Location: Long Beach, CA
Salary: $90,000 to $130,000 (DOE) = Bonus
Position Type: Full-time | Exempt

Beach Front Property Management, Inc. is growing its Commercial Division and we’re looking for a hands-on leader to take full ownership of a 500,000+ sq ft portfolio across retail, industrial, and mixed-use assets.
This is not a coordinator role.
This is not passive management.
This is a high-visibility, high-accountability leadership seat.
We’re not for everyone.
We move fast, expect ownership, and hold a high bar for performance. If you’re looking for a purely administrative role, this won’t be the right fit.
- Full operational and financial performance of a commercial portfolio
- Direct communication with ownership groups and stakeholders
- CAM reconciliations, budgeting, and forecasting
- Tenant relations, retention strategy, and lease execution
- Capital projects and property improvement initiatives
- Oversight of site teams, vendors, and contractors
- Regular property inspections across LA & OC
- Yardi Voyager (Commercial) reporting and financial management
- Support leasing strategy by identifying opportunities to improve occupancy, tenant mix, and asset positioning
- 5+ years in commercial property management (retail + industrial required)
- Strong experience with CAM reconciliations + lease administration
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple assets
- Proficiency in Yardi Voyager (Commercial)
- Experience in driving leasing performance, tenant mix strategy, and vacancy reduction
- Ability to think strategically around marketing, positioning, and asset competitiveness in the market
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- Based in or willing to travel across LA & OC
