Sales Enablement Manager
About the Role
The Sales Enablement Manager improves sales team performance by developing sales tools, strengthening sales processes, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. This role partners closely with Sales Leadership, Regional Sales Managers, Marketing, and Inside Sales to improve pipeline discipline, strengthen customer engagement, and enable sales teams to execute more effectively. The position focuses on sales effectiveness, strategic insights, and enablement programs that support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Enablement & Effectiveness
- Develop and maintain sales enablement tools including playbooks, sales guides, and messaging resources.
- Support sales readiness for product launches, campaigns, and strategic initiatives.
- Identify best practices from high-performing regions and scale them across the organization.
- Develop tools and resources—such as sales guides, messaging, and customer-facing materials that help sales teams effectively progress opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Partner with Sales Operations to improve sales productivity and opportunity conversion by leveraging data insights, optimizing sales processes, and identifying opportunities to accelerate deal progression.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and initiatives.
- Lead initiatives to strengthen relationships with cabinet makers and support growth in this channel.
Sales Insights & Strategic Support
- Analyze regional and channel performance trends using reporting and dashboards provided by Sales Operations to create leads.
- Provide insights and recommendations to Sales Leadership on growth opportunities and performance risks.
- Support territory and account planning initiatives by analyzing regional performance, identifying whitespace opportunities, and helping sales teams prioritize high-potential accounts and growth segments.
- Prepare insights and recommendations for Quarterly Business Reviews and support sales with necessary follow up.
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Serve as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Operations.
- Coordinate execution of campaigns and growth initiatives across sales teams, including but not limited to quarterly initiatives developed in partnership with Marketing.
- Capture feedback from customers, sales reps, and distributor partners and communicate insights internally.
- Support pricing and quoting strategies by providing insights on the competitive landscape and assisting sales teams with effective deal structuring.
- Support alignment between marketing campaigns and regional sales priorities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, channel support, or commercial strategy roles.
- Experience supporting distributor or partner sales models preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales data and performance trends.
- Preferred experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar) and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
