Memphis Wash Co is seeking a reliable and hands-on Site Manager to oversee daily operations of our express car wash location.

This is a leadership role responsible for staff management, customer experience, and overall site performance.

Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the wash location
Supervise and lead staff to ensure productivity and accountability
Maintain high standards of customer service and safety
Monitor equipment and coordinate basic troubleshooting/reporting
Track and report sales, labor, and performance metrics
Ensure site cleanliness and operational efficiency at all times

Requirements:
Previous management experience required
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Strong leadership and communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
Reliable transportation
