M&M Home Remodeling Services is growing, and were looking for a Marketing Operations & Content Specialist to help execute, organize, and optimize our day-to-day marketing efforts across digital, social, and local channels.
This role is ideal for someone who loves:Clear expectations and KPIsOwning calendars, workflows, and executionBlending creativity with data and analyticsSeeing their work directly tied to performance and bonus outcomes
This is not a people manager role and not a strategy-only role its a hands-on position for someone who enjoys being close to the work and driving results.What You'll Do

• Execute digital marketing campaigns and content plans
• Maintain marketing calendars, schedules, and workflows
• Assist in creating marketing content for digital and print using Canva and Adobe
• Manage social media marketing across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit
• Schedule and publish content using Meta Business Suite
• Support online reputation management and customer reviews
• Track marketing analytics, performance metrics, and attribution
• Support CRM and lead tracking data accuracy using AccuLynx and CallRail

• Assist with local marketing, events, home shows, and trade shows

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, social media, or content marketing
• Experience with marketing tools and analytics (Canva, Adobe, Meta Business Suite)
• Strong organizational and execution skills
• Comfortable working with metrics, KPIs, and accountability
