Madison Mallards/Night Mares Hospitality Server at Mendota Hospitality LLC – Madison, Wisconsin

• Hospitality Servers are expected to have great customer service skills and follow proper alcohol awareness policies when applicable. Suite Servers make sure that buffets are set, filled, clean, and ready prior to use, warmers are on and hot, food par levels are maintained, buffet is clean and organized, utensils and condiments are filled and needs of customers are met or exceeded. 4-Top Servers are responsible for taking and fulfilling customer food and beverage orders and Point of Sale card handling. Duties include, but are not limited to, checking IDs to ensure customers’ legal ability to acquire alcoholic beverages, ensuring all attendees are wearing specified wristbands, maintaining knowledge of menu items and related offerings, and maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of designated work areas. Hospitality Servers must be at least 18 years of age.
