As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to serve as a trusted partner to our Owner and Managing Principal, supporting both strategic priorities and day-to-day execution from our Reno office.

Position Overview

This is a high-impact, on-site Executive Assistant role designed to support a fast-moving Managing Principal. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, discreet, and confident in exercising judgment. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support — it requires anticipation, prioritization, follow-through, and the ability to act as an operational extension of executive leadership.

The Executive Assistant will primarily support the Managing Principal and, as directed, provide limited administrative support to the Operations Director. The role offers exposure to multiple areas of the business, including operations, finance, HR, technology, and leadership coordination.

  • Ensure commitments made by or to the Managing Principal are followed through in a timely manner
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between leadership, staff, clients, and external partners

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and discretion
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation
  • Ensure the Managing Principal has the resources and information needed to operate efficiently

  • Coordinate with IT on hardware and software needs
  • Assist with setup and onboarding of new leadership technology

Event & Travel Coordination

  • Coordinate travel arrangements for executives and leadership
  • Assist with internal meetings, trainings, and event logistics

Human Resources & Team Support

  • Assist with onboarding coordination and team cohesiveness initiatives
  • Support documentation, policies, and procedures as requested

Confidentiality & Compliance

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Support document retention and compliance requirements
  • Adhere to firm policies and professional standards at all times

What Success Looks Like

  • The Managing Principal’s time is protected and aligned with true priorities

  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems
  • Ability to adapt, problem-solve, and remain composed in high-pressure situations
  • Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons
  • Interest or experience in operations, HR, finance, or marketing is a plus
