Job Title: Grocer Sales/Merchandising Representative - Retail

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Grocer Sales/Merchandising Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our retail partners, ensuring that our products are well-stocked and displayed in an attractive manner, and driving sales growth. Company car provided.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners
• Ensure that our products are well-stocked and displayed in an attractive manner
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor product placement and inventory levels
• Collaborate with retail partners to develop and execute promotional programs
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Provide excellent customer service to retail partners and consumers
• Attend trade shows and industry events to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in sales and merchandising, preferably in the grocery industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
