This role focuses on transforming deep domain expertise into scalable, high-quality AI-driven educational content. You will be responsible for building and managing AI-generated avatars that replicate human expertise with precision, consistency, and authority. Working with complex, knowledge-heavy medical material, you will convert structured information into engaging, AI-led video courses designed for global learners. The position blends AI content creation, voice and video synthesis, and instructional design to deliver premium educational experiences at scale. You will also ensure accurate localization across multiple languages while preserving tone, credibility, and technical correctness. Operating fully remotely as an independent contractor, you will work autonomously in a highly detail-oriented and innovation-driven environment. You will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing AI-generated avatars and educational content, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high production quality across all outputs.

• Create and manage language-specific AI clones and avatars while ensuring consistency in tone, authority, and subject-matter credibility.
• Oversee the technical quality of AI avatars, including voice modulation, delivery accuracy, and visual output across different languages.
• Convert complex source materials such as medical books and lectures into structured, AI-led video courses and learning modules.
• Ensure all educational content meets high standards of clarity, accuracy, and premium instructional quality.
• Support localization and translation workflows for specialized medical content, adapting scripts for multiple languages.
• Implement AI voice and video tools to ensure natural, culturally adapted delivery across global audiences.
• Collaborate independently to manage workflows from raw content to final AI-generated educational outputs.
• Continuously refine prompting techniques and AI workflows to improve output quality and efficiency.

You are an experienced AI content specialist with strong technical expertise in AI avatar tools and a deep ability to work with complex, structured knowledge domains.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI avatar creation, AI content generation, or related roles.
• Proven experience working with AI video and avatar platforms, with Synthesia strongly preferred.
• Strong prompting skills across large language models, voice synthesis, and AI video generation tools.
• Ability to process and structure long-form, complex content such as medical or technical material.
• High attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and subject-matter integrity.
• Experience working independently in remote environments with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of localization, translation workflows, and multilingual content adaptation.
• Nice-to-haves: experience in instructional design, e-learning production, or educational content scaling.
