$18$21/hr + Bonuses | Full-Time | Start ASAP

What Youll Be Responsible For:
  • Handling service requests and apartment turns across two nearby sites
  • Troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances & water heaters
  • Preventative maintenance and overall property upkeep
  • Painting, drywall, carpentry, and general repairs
  • Keeping work areas safe, organized, and efficient
  • Participating in on-call rotation (1 week every 2 weeks)
What Gets You Hired Faster:
  • Apartment, facilities, hotel, or residential maintenance experience
  • Hands-on knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
  • HVAC experience strongly valued
  • EPA certification or willingness to obtain (preferred)
  • Valid drivers license & reliable transportation (required)
About the Role:
Youll split time between:
  • The Oaks of Jackson 100 units
  • Woods of Post House 122 units
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
On-Call: 1 week every 2 weeks
