Field Supervisor, Strategic Projects & Business Development at StarLink Construction Utilities – Odessa, Florida

· Promote safety awareness and ensure compliance with all company and regulatory requirements.

· Provide quality internal and external customer service aligned with company values.

· Direct daily field operations through Foremen and Subcontractors, providing technical guidance and leadership.

· Train, coach, and develop field employees to meet productivity and performance goals.

· Implement and monitor productivity tracking systems, coordinate with fleet and tool management.

· Work alongside crews to provide real-time direction and operational support.

· Maintain clear communication with management, office staff, and field teams.

· Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and safety.

· Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and development.

· Support assigned business development efforts; pursue opportunities only with leadership approval.

· Collaborate with estimating on bids and proposals to support project pursuits.

· Partner with office team to support billing, job costing, and project financials.

· Provide field insights to improve estimating accuracy and operational execution.

Perform other duties as assigned by management

· Thorough knowledge of construction practices including equipment management, cost control, scheduling, and safety.

· Willingness/ability to travel.

· Proficiency in MS Office and industry-relevant software systems.

· Demonstrated ability to supervise and dispatch construction crews effectively.

· Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

· Proficiency with equipment operation and adherence to safety protocols.
