About This Position
Bellman Responsibilities & Duties:
Greeting guests upon their arrival and departure
Assisting guests with their luggage to and from their rooms
Providing information about hotel facilities and services
Offering local area insights and recommendations to guests
Coordinating with the front desk and concierge for guest requests
Handling guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
Running errands for guests and hotel staff
Assisting with room changes and preparing rooms for new guests
Facilitating transportation arrangements for guests
Delivering packages, messages, and other items to guests' rooms
Bellman Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role
Knowledge of the local area and tourism attractions
Strong communication skills in multiple languages
Ability to handle guest complaints and issues professionally
Proficiency in using hotel management software
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
A positive and upbeat attitude
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Physical stamina to lift and transport luggage
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Outstanding interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional appearance and conduct
Basic computer skills
