Accountabilities

Champion the integration of AI-powered tooling across the engineering organization to improve developer efficiency and code quality.
Architect and implement an AI product strategy in collaboration with Product and Design teams.
Build internal AI engineering platforms and libraries to facilitate safe and responsible AI adoption.
Own and continuously enhance the engineering operating model from planning to delivery.
Maintain a high say/do ratio and ensure consistent agile delivery practices across global teams.
Lead quarterly and annual engineering planning cycles, translating business objectives into engineering commitments.
Track key performance indicators of delivery health and drive initiatives for continuous improvement.

Requirements

15+ years of software engineering experience, with 7+ years in leadership roles.
