  • Manage end-to-end account performance, including budgeting, bidding strategies, testing frameworks, and optimization initiatives to exceed efficiency targets.
  • Serve as the primary client point of contact, leading weekly meetings, presenting performance insights, and translating data into actionable recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strategic roadmaps, dashboards, reporting frameworks, and QBRs to communicate performance and future opportunities.
  • Collaborate with platform partners (e.g., Google, Microsoft) to identify new solutions and ensure best-practice execution.

  • Mentor and manage at least one direct report, supporting professional development and team performance.
Requirements

This position requires a strong blend of paid search expertise, client management experience, and leadership capability within fast-paced, data-driven environments.

  • 4+ years of paid search experience, including deep hands-on work with enterprise-level accounts and retail media networks.
  • 2+ years of client-facing experience, with a proven ability to manage relationships and present complex insights clearly and confidently.
  • Strong proficiency in paid media platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and analytics tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute performance-driven paid search strategies focused on ROI, growth, and efficiency.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Experience managing or mentoring team members, with a focus on coaching and capability development.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead discussions with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
