This is a senior operational leadership role focused on bridging business strategy, creative delivery, and technical execution within a fast-paced, multi-market advertising environment. You will play a key role in shaping how new client engagements are structured, scoped, and successfully transitioned into delivery, ensuring alignment between commercial goals and operational feasibility. Acting as a connector between stakeholders, creative teams, and technical specialists, you will translate complex business needs into scalable workflows and solutions. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on operational problem-solving, with a strong emphasis on process optimisation and efficiency. You will also lead high-impact client pitches and support the design of innovative operational and technology-enabled delivery models. This position offers the opportunity to influence how large-scale creative ecosystems are designed and executed across EMEA markets.
- Lead the discovery, analysis, and documentation of client requirements for new accounts, ensuring accurate scoping and solution alignment.
- Translate business and client needs into clear operational workflows for creative, technical, and delivery teams.
- Evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for optimisation, cost efficiency, and improved delivery performance.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to design scalable, technology-enabled operational solutions.
- Develop and structure commercial and operational models that support effective workflow execution.
- Lead client pitches and onboarding processes, ensuring smooth transition from sales to implementation.
- Act as the key liaison between stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and execution readiness.
- Analyse operational and performance data to support decision-making and build reporting frameworks for new clients.
- 10–15 years of experience in operations, solution design, process optimisation, technical consulting, or similar roles.
- Strong background in advertising, creative agencies, production, or digital content operations.
- Fluency in German or French, with strong English communication skills.
- Proven ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable operational and technical solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience leading client-facing pitches and discussions.
- Highly analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and structured problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working cross-functionally in distributed, multi-market, or remote environments.
- Strong understanding of operational design, workflow optimisation, and delivery models within creative or media ecosystems.
