You will act as the bridge between product, marketing, sales, and customers, translating complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling value narratives. The position plays a key role in defining go-to-market strategies, driving product launches, and ensuring messaging resonates with both technical practitioners and executive decision-makers. You will work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment where strategic thinking, customer empathy, and execution excellence are equally important. You will lead product marketing strategy and execution for enterprise-grade networking and observability solutions, ensuring strong market positioning and successful adoption.
- Own go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, and storytelling for multiple product lines and enterprise solutions.
- Lead product launches in collaboration with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Enablement teams.
- Define target personas and translate technical capabilities into business outcomes and customer value propositions.
- Develop and maintain core marketing assets, including messaging frameworks, presentations, solution briefs, and executive narratives.
- Partner with revenue marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent message adoption across campaigns and customer engagements.
- Build sales and customer success enablement programs, plays, and tools to drive adoption and revenue impact.
- Collaborate closely with product management to align messaging with roadmap and evolving product capabilities.
The ideal candidate combines strong product marketing expertise with technical fluency and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
- 4+ years of experience in product marketing or solutions marketing within a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
- Experience marketing IT infrastructure, networking, observability, or security solutions to technical and executive audiences.
- Proven success leading go-to-market strategies and product launches in cross-functional environments.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value and customer outcomes.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with confidence engaging C-level stakeholders.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to influence, align, and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Analytical and detail-oriented approach with a focus on messaging accuracy and market relevance.
- Competitive base salary ($160,000–$170,000 USD range depending on experience and location factors)
