About the Role:

Audio Visual Operations Manager oversees the full cycle of AV projects from sales through engineering and installation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide overall direction to AV team regarding sales, engineering and project install
• Set goals and objectives for AV team
• Support sales team with subject matter expertise to drive successful client engagements and increase revenue. 
• Collaborate with internal network engineers and IT systems architects to deploy AV-over-IP solutions in compliance with enterprise security requirements, ensuring seamless integration. 
• Spearheaded development of AV managed service offerings.
• Direct Project Managers, Field PM and Field Team members to work with Estimating, Design and Purchasing to properly staff projects with labor and materials.
• Work with leadership to establish best practices and SOPs to develop best in class AV offerings

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 10 plus years’ in AV progressive roles
• CTS certification required, CTS -D preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
• Proven success managing multimillion-dollar budget
• Financial forecasting
• Able to manage people and processes
• Manufacturer’s Certifications
• Able tomaintainprofitability and overbilled status for the team
