About the Role:
Audio Visual Operations Manager oversees the full cycle of AV projects from sales through engineering and installation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide overall direction to AV team regarding sales, engineering and project install
- Set goals and objectives for AV team
- Support sales team with subject matter expertise to drive successful client engagements and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with internal network engineers and IT systems architects to deploy AV-over-IP solutions in compliance with enterprise security requirements, ensuring seamless integration.
- Spearheaded development of AV managed service offerings.
- Direct Project Managers, Field PM and Field Team members to work with Estimating, Design and Purchasing to properly staff projects with labor and materials.
- Work with leadership to establish best practices and SOPs to develop best in class AV offerings
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10 plus years’ in AV progressive roles
- CTS certification required, CTS -D preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proven success managing multimillion-dollar budget
- Financial forecasting
- Able to manage people and processes
- Manufacturer’s Certifications
- Able tomaintainprofitability and overbilled status for the team
