Summary/Objective:

The success of Fuse.Cloud is heavily reliant on the members of our technical operations team. The Technical Intern is a part-time employee and is a critical team member at Fuse.Cloud. In this role, the employee is responsible for assisting with technical-related onboarding, support, and maintenance for Fuse.Cloud customers. The employee reports directly to the VP, Technical Operations.

Position Status:

This is a part-time position. Part-time employees are regularly scheduled to work less than 40 hours per week and are not eligible to participate in all company benefits.

Salary: $15 /hour

Minimum Qualifications:

Educational and Experience Requirements:

· Graduation from a standard four-year high school or equivalent (GED or High School Equivalency Diploma)

Knowledge and Skills:

· Excellent communication skills

· Thorough and self-sufficient

· Ability to represent the company in a professional manner

· Experience with Windows and all Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Assist Project Managers with onboarding clients to Fuse.Cloud services

· Assist with vendor implementation

· Assist with equipment configuration

· Assist with equipment installations

· Assist with client onsite service calls

· Assist with administrative tasks

Supervisory Responsibility:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to travel to customer sites a company car will be provided. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a part-time position, and hours of work and days will be scheduled on a weekly basis.
