MONOLITHIC CERAMIC TECHNICIAN
Objective of the Job
To serve as a technical resource to the monolithic ceramic team and the broader laboratory, with particular support to the smile design team. This role is responsible for producing high-quality, artful monolithic restorations in an efficient manner while upholding the Vision, Mission, and Culture of the organization.
Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm Monday-Friday Full-Time

Job Duties and Responsibilities
· Manage work dispersal for monolithic crowns in the absence of leadership
· Glaze 30–40 monolithic ceramic restorations daily with consistency and quality
· Perform necessary corrections and adjustments for personal cases and assist with team cases when needed
· Support team leadership and collaborate closely as a dependable team member
· Provide guidance and feedback to smile designers when requested
· Participate in custom shade appointments with team members
· Complete adjustments on both personal work and cases from absent team members
· Utilize adjustments as learning opportunities to deepen understanding of ceramics, layering, and firing parameters

Requirements:Qualifications
· Strong understanding of dental form and esthetics
· Technical proficiency in the use, handling, and firing of dental ceramics and glazes
· Knowledge of firing parameters and ceramic behavior
· Ability to mentor and provide guidance to less experienced technicians
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Work Conditions
- Must be able to wear personnel protective equipment for tasks requiring them.
Work Eligibility
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- Must pass work eligibility requirements
