Position Details
  • Location: Kent, WA
  • Travel: Up to 25% to customer and project sites
  • Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000 annually + performance-based bonus
Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager – Control Systems to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of critical service projects. This role plays a key part in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of critical service projects from initiation through completion
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Allocate resources across multi-branch service teams to optimize efficiency and performance
  • Coordinate with service administration teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Monitor budgets, profitability, and operational efficiency to meet financial targets
  • Develop and maintain detailed project status reports for leadership and stakeholders
  • Ensure accurate documentation and commissioning to meet compliance requirements and reduce risk
  • Implement best practices to improve project execution and future performance
  • Serve as the primary liaison between factory representatives, contractors, and clients
  • Coordinate seamless project handoffs between sales and service teams
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Skills & Competencies
  • Proven experience managing service-based projects from planning through execution
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software
  • Ability to develop milestone-driven project plans
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and strategic planning skills
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to identify risks, drive performance, and implement process improvements
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 2+ years of project management experience or similar role
  • Industry experience in electrical, construction, or related field preferred
  • PMP certification highly desirable
  • Project Management Expertise: Proven ability to plan, execute, and oversee service-based projects.
  • Technical & Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, optimize workflows, and drive process improvements.
  • Software Proficiency: Strong experience with project management tools and software.
Additional Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Willingness to travel as required (up to 25%)
