About This Position
Customer Success Coach
Location: In‑Office | Pinellas Park, FL
Reports To: CFO / Executive Leadership
Role Overview
The Customer Success Coach plays a critical role in driving growth and retention across Marketopia’s MSP and vendor ecosystem. This position sits at the center of vendors, MSP partners, sales, marketing, and leadership, ensuring clients are engaged, supported, and successfully positioned to generate revenue.
This is not an administrative or support-only role. It is a revenue‑focused, relationship‑driven role with a strong emphasis on adoption, execution, and ongoing success within the channel.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned MSPs and partners
Guide clients through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement with Marketopia services
Ensure clients understand how to position, sell, and leverage vendor and channel offerings
Work closely with sales and leadership to support growth, expansion, and retention efforts
Identify risks, gaps, or opportunities within client accounts and proactively address them
Support vendor positioning and alignment during sales and success conversations
Track engagement, activity, and outcomes in CRM and internal systems
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a consistent, high‑quality client experience
Participate in strategy discussions focused on improving client outcomes and revenue impact
What We’re Looking For
Experience in customer success, account management, or client‑facing roles
Background working with MSPs, SaaS companies, technology vendors, or channel organizations
Strong communication skills and confidence working with business owners and decision‑makers
Ability to balance relationship management with execution and accountability
Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple accounts
Revenue‑minded with an understanding of how success drives growth
Nice to Have
Experience in the IT/MSP or SaaS ecosystem
Exposure to channel programs, vendor relationships, or partner‑led sales
Familiarity with CRM systems and success metrics
