The Role:

You will be the backbone of a 112-unit apartment community in Brooklyn Center, ensuring our residents have a safe, clean, and functional place to live. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Turnovers & Repairs: Prepping units for new residents and handling daily work orders.
• Systems Maintenance: Managing boilers, furnaces, and plumbing (we will train you for your boiler license!).
• Preventative Care: Conducting quality checks to catch issues before they happen.
• Grounds Upkeep: General maintenance and essential snow removal to keep the community accessible.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 1+ year of mechanical or basic maintenance experience (Plumbing, Appliances repairs, Electrical, etc.).
• Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a solid understanding of general repair techniques.
• Licensing: Valid Driver's License, insurance and a reliable vehicle are a must.
• Certifications: Boiler license is a huge plus, but we will pay for your training to get one if you don't have it.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Comfortable bending, squatting, kneeling, and working overhead for extended periods.
