Automation Project Manager at Sepro America Llc – WARRENDALE, Pennsylvania

The Automation Project Manager plays a key role in supporting and driving automation projects from kickoff through delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across teams, staying close to the technical side, and ensuring projects move forward efficiently. You’ll have visibility into the full lifecycle of automation systems—from initial handoff through installation—while working closely with engineering, production, and customers.

• Manage automation projects from order through delivery and installation
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and schedules
• Coordinate internal resources across engineering, production, and service
• Serve as a point of contact for customers during project execution
• Support smooth project handoff from sales to operations
• Coordinate vendors and subcontractors as needed
• Ensure projects stay on track and aligned with customer expectations
• Identify and help implement process improvements

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or manufacturing/automation
• Engineering or technical background preferred (Mechanical, Electrical, Robotics, etc.)
• Experience working in a hands-on, team-oriented environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow projects through to completion
• A proactive, ownership mindset
