You will be responsible for designing, integrating, and maintaining Business Support Systems (BSS) that power customer experiences across multiple services. The position combines technical expertise with cross-functional collaboration, requiring a strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, and automation workflows. You will play a key role in optimizing system performance, improving data integrity, and enabling scalable operations. - Design, configure, and maintain BSS platforms including CRM, billing, provisioning, service activation, and product catalog systems.
- Integrate internal and third-party systems using APIs, webhooks, middleware, and scripting to ensure seamless data exchange and workflow automation.
- Automate service provisioning, activation, and billing processes for telecom services such as broadband, VoIP, and IPTV.
- Ensure data integrity and synchronization across CRM, billing, and network management systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, network engineering, operations, and customer experience to define and implement business workflows.
- Participate in system architecture design, release planning, and performance optimization initiatives.
- Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including workflows, data models, and change logs.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), system upgrades, and change control processes.
- Contribute to reporting and analytics initiatives by enabling data access for BI tools and ensuring cybersecurity compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience working with BSS/OSS platforms in telecommunications or ISP environments.
- Strong knowledge of provisioning systems and platforms such as Salesforce, Netcracker, or similar tools.
- Experience with IP networking fundamentals including DHCP, RADIUS, and DNS.
- Proficiency in scripting and integrations using Python, Bash, SQL, and REST APIs.
- Solid understanding of data flows, ETL processes, and system integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and priorities.
- Nice to have: experience with OSS systems, network topology (PON, DOCSIS), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and TM Forum frameworks.
