Panel Machine Operator at Metal Roofing Systems – Stanley, North Carolina

The Panel Machine Operator will be responsible for performing cutting, framing, and routing of panel products in the sequence required by production. The Panel Machine Operator will also conduct preventative maintenance of equipment and sort and organize scrap materials. The ideal candidate must be able to prioritize based on instruction, adhere to safety requirements, and be detail-oriented.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Efficiently perform workload based on multiple factors including: staging space, delivery schedule, material availability, and thickness/color/profilePerform preventative maintenance and repair on machineryCommunicate with Sales Department to ensure a quality productLoad and unload coils onto machinesLoad and unload both customers and supply trucks with forkliftFollow SOP for packaging and loading panels
