Together, we reach hundreds of thousands of subscribers — and we need a skilled funnel builder who can design, wire up, and optimize the systems that drive our revenue.
THE ROLE
This is, first and foremost, a hands-on funnel building role. You will spend the majority of your time inside funnel platforms and marketing automation tools — constructing the subscriber journeys that take a cold prospect to a paying customer and then to a loyal, ascending subscriber. A critical part of that work is conditional marketing: building branching logic that adapts a subscriber's experience based on their behavior, purchase history, and engagement. You know how to build these systems because you've done it before — many times.

Every subscriber arrives with a history — what they clicked, what they bought, what they skipped. Conditional marketing means your funnels know this and respond accordingly. We expect this person to be skilled at building branching logic that serves a different path to a buyer vs. a non-buyer, an opener vs. a ghoster, a front-end customer vs. an ascension candidate. This is not an introductory skill — we need someone who has built these systems before.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

3+ years of direct, hands-on funnel building — you have personally built and launched funnels, not managed teams that didProven skill in conditional marketing: behavioral tagging, if/then branching, purchase-triggered routing, and audience segmentation inside an ESP or CRMDemonstrated results: specific examples of CVR, AOV, or LTV improvement through funnel builds and conditional sequencing you personally executedPlatform proficiency in at least one major funnel builder (ClickFunnels, Kajabi, or equivalent) and one ESP/CRM (ActiveCampaign, Infusionsoft / Keap, or equivalent)Ability to read, interpret, and act on funnel analytics — EPC, CVR, drop-off rates, ROAS — without hand-holdingWorking knowledge of direct-response copywriting structure — you can write copy that converts, review funnel copy critically, and give informed feedback that sharpens the workExperience managing multi-funnel workloads simultaneously in a deadline-driven environmentNatural curiosity: a genuine interest in understanding why subscribers behave the way they do, and using that understanding to improve the workHighly capable with AI tools and agentic AI — able to integrate AI-assisted workflows into funnel building, copy iteration, segmentation logic, and campaign optimizationPREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
