As Chief of Staff, you will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, ensuring that top priorities are translated into clear execution across the organization. - Partner closely with the CEO to translate strategic priorities into actionable operating plans and ensure execution across the organization
- Drive the design and facilitation of executive leadership meetings, ensuring alignment, decision clarity, and effective follow-through
- Lead cross-functional strategic programs and high-priority initiatives that support company growth and operational excellence
- Support board and investor communications, including preparation of presentations, updates, and executive narratives
- Own internal communications for the CEO, ensuring consistent messaging across leadership and company-wide touchpoints
- Act as a problem-solver for high-priority, complex initiatives including organizational design, competitive analysis, and special projects
- Monitor organizational health, identifying emerging risks, friction points, and opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or a prior Chief of Staff or equivalent strategic role
- Strong background in SaaS or B2B software environments is highly preferred
- Proven ability to influence without authority and drive cross-functional execution at scale
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with financial models, operational metrics, and data-driven insights
- Exceptional executive communication skills, with experience interacting with senior leadership, boards, or external stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and operate at both strategic and tactical levels
- High level of business acumen, with strong judgment and decision-making capabilities
- Experience with AI tools and automation to improve operational efficiency is a plus
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred, though strong experience may substitute
