12-hour / 2-2-3 schedule / 6:00PM-6:00AM
Pay: $23/hourly

Aseptic Machine Operator - Hendersonville, NC
We are hiring a Machine Operator to support our Aseptic production line. This role is responsible for running downstream equipment, ensuring quality standards, and keeping operations safe and efficient.

Duties:
Operate and monitor downstream machines and equipment
Set up machines, perform changeovers, and verify correct materials/programs
Troubleshoot and adjust equipment to minimize downtime
Perform quality checks, collect samples, and inspect finished products
Record production data, downtime, and faults in the Sherlock system
Follow GMP, safety rules, and start-up/shutdown procedures
Assist with mold changeovers and equipment adjustments
Maintain cleanliness and complete sanitation/housekeeping tasks

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
5+ years of machine operator experience in manufacturing (food/beverage industry preferred)
Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to set up and adjust machinery
Comfortable using computers and entering production data
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and work in varying temperatures (hot, cold, humid)
