Preventative Maintenance Service Technician
We are seeking a Preventative Maintenance Service Technician to support our customers by providing scheduled, on-site equipment maintenance at customer locations. This role is designed to enhance customer uptime and convenience by performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance without requiring equipment transport to the shop. This position emphasizes customer service, consistency, and safety rather than advanced diagnostics or major repairs.

$26-$30.00/HR.
Hours 8:00-5:00 PM (No Weekends)
Must have a clean driving record!
Road/mobile role servicing Upstate South Carolina. This position is based out of the Bobcat of Greenville location and covers the Spartanburg, Clemson, Pickens, Anderson, Greer, Seneca, Gaffney, and Greenwood areas.

Essential Functions:
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance services on equipment at customer job sites including oil changes, filter replacements, lubrication, and fluid checks
Conduct visual and operational inspections and accurately document findings
Communicate clearly with customers regarding services performed and equipment condition
Coordinate with Parts, Service, and Operations teams for follow-up needs
Maintain service vehicle, tools, and work area
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Service Manager
Qualifications:
Basic mechanical aptitude
Preventative maintenance experience preferred
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work independently
Basic computer or mobile device skills
Valid driver’s license
Work Environment
Regular exposure to outdoor conditions, moving mechanical parts, and varying noise levels while working at customer locations.
Physical Requirements
Ability to communicate effectively with customers
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and kneeling
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Vision requirements include close and distance vision
