Who we’re looking for:
Wolfspeed is seeking a Senior Technical Trainer who is responsible for conducting holistic training
gap analysis across various job roles and departments. Developing and delivering technical training
content that bridges gaps and supports overall operational needs.

The Day-to-Day:
• Perform comprehensive training gap analysis across departments and job roles.
• Design, develop, and maintain technical training materials in multiple formats (eLearning,
videos, simulations, labs, instructor-led).
• Manage and deliver technical training in-person and virtually for internal teams.
• Assist in designing and maintaining virtual lab environments to support technical courses.
• Collaborate with global training teams to standardize enterprise training content (onboarding,
technical, safety, quality, leadership).
• Conduct peer reviews for content development activities.
• Use data and feedback loops to improve program effectiveness.
• Conduct quality checks on training sessions and certifications.
• Manage relevant functions in the Learning Management System.
• Maintain strong partnerships across the organization to ensure training supports various
roles.

This Job is Right for You if You Have:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

5+ years’ experience in program management, curriculum and/or organizational
development.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience delivering technical training, both in-person and remotely.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

This role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management.

The posted salary range is what Wolfspeed reasonably expects to pay for this position. Actual pay for a hired applicant will be determined based on the individual’s job-relevant qualifications, experience, and other determinative factors. In the event it is determined that a different job level upon hire is warranted then that range will be communicated to the hired applicant as soon as reasonably practicable.

Compensation Range:

$77,000.00 - $106,000.00
