Customer Service Sales Support Admin Assistant
The Customer Service Sales Support Admin Assistant provides support and diversified clerical duties for the Sales & Operations teams for Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio distribution facilities.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Associates Degree in Business Administration and/or Related Field
  • 3-5 + years in Office Administration and/or Customer Service

Work Environment:
  • Works primarily in a climate-controlled environment with customer service department, with minimal safety/health hazard potential

Physical Demands:
  • Ability to be punctual and attend work on a regular and consistent basis
  • Ability to concentrate with various interruptions and various noise levels
  • Ability to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 80 percent of the time
  • Occasionally will be expected to lift boxes not to exceed 20 pounds


How You Will Help


Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for entering and distributing all RMAs
  • Responsible for entering and distributing all Credits & Debits
  • Assist with order entry as assigned by management based on operational demand
  • Enter all job information sheets and tax certificates
  • Run and distribute the MTO & WMS Backorder report daily
  • Review and address every issue in the Carixa program daily
  • Deliver mail and correspondence throughout Dallas facility
  • Distribute emails from Dallas Sales Inbox, including E-Store, Jobsheet, and tax related inquiries
  • Code and submit invoices for departmental expenses
  • Maintains files in accordance with department and company procedures including consolidation, storage of files, packing slips from receiving department, region 25 vendor invoices, daily packing slips and pick tickets from warehouse
  • Greet visitors and notify appropriate contact person of their arrival
  • Assist with company functions for employees – including but not limited to ordering, setup and breakdown of events.
  • Organizes and maintains common areas – coffee stations, notification boards, holiday signage and dcor
  • Inventory and ordering of office, breakroom, and cleaning supplies for the Dallas distribution center.
  • Point person for all building maintenance. Main point of contact for the property manager.
  • Promote a safe workplace by performing all tasks in a safe and thoughtful manner in compliance with all rules, procedures, instructions, devices, and equipment and use of appropriate personal protective equipment. Maintain vigilance for any hazardous conditions or practices in the workplace and immediately report any unsafe condition or practice to your supervisor
  • Performs other duties as directed
