Growth Marketing Manager - REMOTE

In this role, you will take charge of scaling demand generation and brand presence across the United States. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives that directly impact revenue goals. With a focus on collaboration, you will work closely with sales and partner teams to ensure alignment with commercial objectives. Your leadership will drive impactful account-based marketing programs aimed at enterprise clients, and you will report on growth performance to senior leadership regularly.Accountabilities

• Own the complete US growth marketing strategy and budget across all channels.
• Deliver aggressive quarterly marketing-sourced and influenced pipeline targets.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Services, and Partner teams on GTM strategies.
• Design and execute high-impact Account-Based Marketing programs.
• Oversee US paid media campaigns to foster a test-and-learn culture.
• Develop thought leadership content that positions the company as a growth partner.
• Present monthly performance metrics to the Leadership Team.
• Travel domestically (~2025%) for client events and key industry conferences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital, performance, or growth marketing, focusing on B2B.
• Proven ability to lead growth marketing strategies in Ad Tech or Mar Tech.
• Successful experience in scaling B2B demand generation in the US market.
• Strong analytical skills regarding pipeline metrics and revenue attribution.
• Track record of successful ABM program development.
• Preferred agency-side experience.
• Existing relationships with Google US teams are advantageous.
• Must be based in Canada and able to work in Central or Eastern Time Zones.
