- Manage all phases of project life cycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout
- Direct and mentor project teams to ensure accountability and performance
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with client leads and stakeholders
- Oversee project safety, schedule adherence, budget management, and reporting
- Identify, track, and control construction risks and changes
- Prepare clear, concise reports for clients and internal leadership
- Analyze project issues and implement solutions to improve results
- 12+ years of project management experience in utility, construction, engineering, or related industries
- Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and serve as client liaison
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to travel 1025% domestically
- Valued but not required: BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or Business; PMP certification; field/construction knowledge
