We are currently looking for an eProcurement Technology & Solutions Manager in the United States.The eProcurement Technology & Solutions Manager will lead initiatives that enhance technology solutions and optimize customer experiences for strategic accounts in the Medical and Dental sectors. You will oversee new account onboarding, manage complex system integrations, and provide consultative support to ensure smooth adoption of eProcurement platforms. The position emphasizes strategic planning, continuous improvement, and relationship management to deliver measurable results. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, industry knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills, providing opportunities to influence technology strategy and impact customer satisfaction across multiple divisions.Accountabilities:
- Manage eProcurement initiatives for new and existing accounts, ensuring seamless onboarding, system setup, and post-go-live optimization
- Support RFP responses by providing accurate technology information aligned with organizational capabilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance integration quality and customer outcomes
- Lead complex issue resolution, coordinating IT and operational resources to minimize disruptions for strategic accounts
- Act as a trusted technology advisor, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and optimizing the overall customer journey
- Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to elevate service quality and account value
- 8+ years of professional experience in eProcurement, ERP systems, or related consulting roles
- Experience in a sales environment and providing consultative technology solutions
- Strong knowledge of healthcare, medical-surgical, or dental distribution environments, including supply chain processes and organizational structures (DSO, GPO, IDNs, MSO, IPA, hospitals, ASCs)
- Proficiency with eProcurement technologies, including punch-out, cXML, XML, EDI, e-Catalogs, and hosted catalogs, as well as integration with AP/AR systems
- Solid understanding of project management, consultative problem solving, and budgeting
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to cultivate and maintain lasting internal and external customer relationships
- Bachelors degree or equivalent required; Masters degree or industry certifications preferred
- Competitive base salary ($99,622 $155,660) with eligibility for annual bonus based on performance
