Job Responsibilities:

As a Central Supply Assistant, you will:

📦 Keep Us Stocked – Manage the daily supply and equipment needs of the Health Care Center and other facilities as assigned.
📋 Stay Organized – Maintain accurate documentation for inventory control, supply usage, and billing procedures.
🔧 Support Resident Care – Ensure the right nursing supplies and equipment are available and functioning to help maintain a high standard of resident care.
💬 Communicate Effectively – Work closely with nursing and other departments to meet ongoing equipment and supply needs.
📁 Follow Compliance Standards – Adhere to all applicable federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines related to supply management.

Qualifications:

✔ Current CNA certification or previous experience caregiving required

✔ Prior experience in supply management or inventory preferred.
✔ Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

✔ Ability to follow procedures, regulations, and documentation protocols.
✔ Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting and moving equipment.
✔ Team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
