Practice Relations/Marketing Ambassador - Oral Surgery/Dental

Advanced Surgical Associates | Concord, MA (primary) + Tewksbury, MA + Portsmouth, NH

Full-time | Travel Required (based in-office when not traveling to our referral communities)

Role and Responsibilities

The Practice Relations Ambassador will be responsible for promoting the services of Advanced Surgical Associates with a primary focus on launching and growing our new Concord practice under Dr. Kim’s leadership, while supporting two existing locations in Tewksbury, MA and Portsmouth, NH. This role requires regular field activity to build new referral relationships, maintain current partnerships, and support practice-level initiatives designed to meet and exceed patient goals.

Referral Development & Field Outreach

  • Build and expand referral relationships with general dentists and specialists within Concord and surrounding communities.
  • Conduct routine field visits through scheduled appointments and drop-ins with dental offices and administrative contacts.
  • Provide professional, in-person representation of ASA, maintaining a consistent presence across all three practice territories.
  • Monitor referral patterns, identify new growth opportunities, and share market feedback with leadership.
  • Practice Growth Planning

  • Partner with surgeons and regional leadership to support territory-specific growth plans.
  • Assist with campaigns promoting new practice openings, new services, and new providers.
  • Track activities and results to support data-driven decision making and referral strategy.
  • Capture examples of ROI from outreach efforts (e.g. event → referral lift).
  • Event Planning & Execution

  • Plan, schedule, and support Lunch & Learns, CE courses, Open Houses, and relationship-building events.
  • Coordinate all logistics including venues, catering, attendance management, communications, and day-of execution.
  • Evaluate event outcomes and report impact on referral engagement and patient volume.
  • Social & Local Marketing Support

  • Capture engaging content (photos, short videos, written features) to support ASA marketing initiatives.
  • Provide consistent updates on market activity, competitor insights, referral trends, and community opportunities.
  • Maintain alignment with brand guidelines and practice messages in all external communications.
  • Territory Management & Travel

  • Primary location: Concord, MA and surrounding referral market
  • Occasional travel to Tewksbury, MA and Portsmouth, NH for relationship development and practice support.
  • Independently manage schedule, priorities, and trip planning across multiple locations to maximize efficiency
  • Reporting & Administration

  • Maintain accurate records of field activities, market contacts, and communications.
  • Submit weekly activity summaries or reporting as required by management.
  • Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or 1–3 years of relevant experience
  • Event planning, hospitality, customer-facing service, and/or marketing experience preferred
  • Dental/Oral Surgery experience helpful but not required
  • Valid driver's license
