Key Responsibilities- Construction Management
Lead day-to-day operations for high-end custom home job sites.
Manage site logistics, trade sequencing, and construction progress.
Conduct daily site walks to ensure execution aligns with design intent and schedule.
Ensure full compliance with approved plans, codes, and high-quality standards.
- Quality Control
Enforce premium craftsmanship and residential building excellence.
Review in-progress and completed work for precision and code adherence.
Lead the punch-list process and ensure smooth project closeout.
- Scheduling & Budget Awareness
Collaborate with Project Managers to create and maintain project schedules.
Track productivity and anticipate delays or cost impacts.
Recommend and implement corrective actions proactively.
- Trade & Vendor Management
Coordinate subcontractors, inspectors, and vendors with clarity and professionalism.
Communicate scopes, expectations, and timelines to all trades.
Uphold accountability across all parties involved on-site.
- Client Communication
Act as the main on-site point of contact for homeowners and design partners.
Provide regular updates, milestone communication, and transparent problem-solving.
Resolve field issues in collaboration with architects, engineers, and designers.
- Safety & Compliance
Uphold site safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance.
Maintain a clean, orderly, and secure job site environment.
Ensure inspections, permits, and regulatory requirements are met.
- Leadership & Mentorship
Supervise and mentor field staff and junior superintendents.
Promote a culture of craftsmanship, teamwork, and responsibility.
Model professionalism and integrity in every interaction.
- Required
10+ years of experience in residential construction, including high-end custom homes.
Proven success managing complex, luxury home projects from ground-up.
Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and codes.
Ability to read architectural plans, structural drawings, and shop drawings.
Skilled in scheduling software (Ressio) and construction management tools.
Outstanding communication, coordination, and leadership abilities.

Experience supervising multiple concurrent custom home projects.
Familiarity with luxury finishes, advanced framing methods, and custom details.
- Physical Requirements
Ability to walk, stand, and climb job sites throughout the workday.
Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working outdoors in varying conditions.
