Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate Benefits to play a critical, hands-on role in advancing our benefits and rewards offerings while supporting a culture of continuous improvement.

This is an individual contributor role ideal for a seasoned Total Rewards professional who thrives in execution, enjoys rolling up their sleeves, and brings deep expertise in benefits administration, compliance, and reporting. While this role partners closely with compensation and HR leadership, the primary focus will be on benefits and compensation strategy, operations, and governance.

This position can sit remotely and offers meaningful visibility, the opportunity to influence programs at scale, and strong potential for growth as Revolution continues to evolve.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the subject matter expert for all employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, wellness, and retirement (401(k)).Own the end-to-end administration of benefit plans, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant operations across vendors and internal systems.Lead annual benefits processes, including open enrollment planning, execution, employee education, and post-enrollment audits.Manage vendor relationships (e.g., benefits brokers, carriers, 401(k) providers) to ensure high-quality service delivery and cost-effective outcomes.Act as the escalation point for complex benefits issues, ensuring a high level of employee experience and issue resolution.Oversee 401(k) plan administration, including vendor coordination, compliance testing, audits, reporting, and employee communications.Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FLSA, and Equal Pay-related reporting as applicable.Prepare and deliver accurate benefits-related reporting, analytics, and filings to internal stakeholders and external agencies.Partner with Legal, Finance, and Payroll to ensure alignment on compliance, documentation, and governance requirements.Collaborate with HR partners to support salary structures, annual cycles, and pay-related compliance, as needed.Provide benefits and rewards insights to support broader Total Rewards initiatives, while maintaining a benefits-first focus.Identify opportunities to streamline, standardize, and scale benefits processes using best practices and technology.Partner with HR, IT, Payroll, and Internal Communications to ensure seamless execution and clear, employee-friendly communications.Support the evaluation and implementation of new programs, enhancements, or system improvements aligned with organizational growth.

Qualifications
Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree required.7+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, with a strong emphasis on benefits administration and compliance.Demonstrated hands-on experience managing 401(k) plans, benefits vendors, audits, and regulatory reporting.Experience working in a growing or evolving organization preferred.

Skills & Technical Expertise

Strong working knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations and compliance requirements (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, etc.).Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, reporting).Experience with UKG (preferred) or similar HRIS platforms; familiarity with benefits administration and retirement platforms required.Ability to translate complex benefits information into clear, practical guidance for employees and leaders.

Certifications

    CEBS, SHRM, CCP, or similar certifications are a plus.
