- Serve as the LTSS Process Subject Matter Expert, guiding process design to meet regulatory, operational, and stakeholder requirements
- Lead the planning, development, and deployment of new and revised LTSS workflows, ensuring adoption across departments
- Create detailed documentation, process maps, and e-manuals to support consistent operations
- Conduct operational assessments to identify inefficiencies, pain points, and compliance risks
- Optimize workflows using data insights, industry best practices, and stakeholder engagement
- Establish KPIs and feedback mechanisms to monitor performance and guide continuous improvement
- Lead change management strategies, ensuring stakeholders are informed, engaged, and prepared for transitions
- Supervise direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, and talent development
- Collaborate across departments to evaluate program effectiveness and drive improvements in member outcomes and staff performance
- Bachelors degree in healthcare or equivalent experience; advanced degrees preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations or program management
- 7+ years of operations or healthcare administration experience, with demonstrated ability to drive performance and process improvements
- Strong understanding of State and Federal Health Care Policies and Regulations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Proven ability to lead clinical redesign, reorganization, and performance improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience in change management, conflict resolution, and team development
- Ability to function independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
- Competitive salary range: $135,600 $237,400 USD
