Noble Biomaterials, Inc is currently seeking a Material Handler for our 1st shift.
What You’ll Get:
Starting Pay: $16.50-$20/hour

What You’ll Do:
Load, unload, move, and store raw materials and finished products throughout the warehouse and production areas
Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and scan materials into the system
Store materials in designated warehouse locations
Prepare finished products for shipment by picking, packing, and loading orders
Operate forklifts, stretch wrapper, and other warehouse equipment safely
Enter receipts, inventory movements, and cycle counts into QAD accurately and on time
Provide raw material samples to the lab as needed
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or purchasing needs
Follow all warehouse safety policies and procedures
Operate company vehicles when required
Perform additional warehouse or production duties as assigned
Job Flexibility
Employees in this position may be assigned to different work areas or job duties based on production demands. Applicants should be comfortable learning new tasks and adapting to changing priorities.
The Skills You'll Need:
1–3 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
OSHA forklift certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to learn new tasks and adapt to changing priorities
Basic computer skills, including inventory systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to wear required PPE (safety glasses, hearing protection, safety boots)
Strong teamwork skills
Willingness to work overtime as needed
What We’re Looking For:
High School Diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license required
Age 18+ with reliable transportation
