Job Title: Excursion Specialist
Reports to: Executive Director of Golf & Recreation
Status: Non-Exempt
Job Type: Seasonal
Position Summary: To establish and maintain a Mountaintop welcome and service environment for members and guests in addition to creating lasting memories while providing quality excursions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan and Execute Excursion
- Ensure safety of members while on excursions
- Responsible for preparing transportation to and from excursions
- Keep the OP vehicle clean, organized, and proper storage of OP equipment.
- Work various hours, holidays, weekends, and long hours on feet. (Memorial Day, July 4th and Labor Day Are Required)
- Be an activist for wellness and sport enthusiast.
- Knowledge and adherence to all uniform and grooming requirements, be professional in both appearance and manner at all times.
Qualifications:
- Red Cross First Aid & CPR Training.
- Athletic and an outdoor enthusiast.
- Knowledge of Lake Glenville, local hikes, surrounding areas, activities and events
- Friendly and professional.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Work in the sun for extended periods.
