BEHAVIORAL HEALTH THERAPIST at Riverwood Healthcare Center – Aitkin, Minnesota

About the Position:

Riverwood Healthcare Center is seeking a full-time Behavioral Health Therapist LICSW to join our expanding outpatient Behavioral Health team. To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate must demonstrate good judgment, possess the ability to provide personalized and compassionate healthcare, as well as respond appropriately to stressful conditions.

What we are looking for:

Key qualifications include:

• Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) is required
• Licensed as a LICSW in Minnesota; or have completed clinical hours required and ability to obtain LICSW. (Alternatively, we can provide supervision for a qualified candidate with a MSW degree needing to obtain clinical hours in order to obtain an LICSW.)
• Current LICSW/LPCC licensure in Minnesota preferred
• Candidates without current licensure may qualify with completed clinical hours or will receive supervision towards LICSW/LPCC licensure
• Two years of inpatient or outpatient behavioral health experience is preferred
• DBT and/or EMDR therapy experience preferred
• The role requires strong teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills, dedicated to delivering superior care and fostering an outstanding patient experience.
