SUMMARY: Performs a combination of tasks including but not limited to move, load, unload and stage accurately and in a timely manner all materials.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Move materials and stage appointments safely, accurately, and in a timely manner.
• Identifies damaged materials and records material shortages.
• Loads and unloads materials onto and from a variety of containers including but not limited to trucks, conveyors, racks, pallets, and/or trays; utilizes appropriate tools to accomplish task.
• Transports incoming and outgoing materials to designated areas utilizing appropriate tools/vehicles to accomplish task including but not limited to wheelbarrow, hand truck, forklift, overhead crane, electric dolly, and/or elevator.
• Assists machine operators as needed by lifting heavy objects by hand or by use of power hoist.
• Cleans and organizes the showroom and warehouse
• Maintains a safe, clean working environment.
• Participates in quality improvement efforts.
• Mow lawn, salts and plows lot.
• Performs other duties as assigned by manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

One to two years related experience or equivalent.

Forklift and crane certified.

Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Ability to manage priorities and workflow

Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:

Lift and move a minimum of 75 pounds without assistance.

Climb a ladder to a height of at least 20 feet.

Wear appropriate safety equipment.

Ability to stand, walk, sit, climb, and balance on a regular basis.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

A large percentage of work time is spent outdoors where temperatures vary.

Environment may be cool or hot and noise level can be moderate to high.
