- Translate IT requirements into scalable, modern cloud-based solutions
- Lead legacy system analysis, refactoring, and modernization efforts
- Design reusable services, APIs, and integrations for cloud environments
- Support CI/CD pipelines, event-driven architectures, and operational deployment frameworks
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver solutions aligned with business and technical goals
- Ensure adherence to cloud architecture best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements
- Mentor team members and foster knowledge sharing in AWS and modern application design
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 58 years of experience in software development with Python and Java
- Strong experience with AWS services including ECS, Lambda, S3, and ElasticCache
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes, DevOps practices, and cloud-native application design
- Experience with web UI development using React and event-driven/streaming technologies (Kafka, MQ)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse technical teams
- Nice-to-have: experience with Palantir platforms
- Competitive base salary ($70,000$80,000 USD, depending on experience and location)
