- Drive revenue results for the Mid-Market segment, prioritizing high-impact activities and collaborating with Marketing on pipeline generation.
- Coach and mentor Account Executives to maximize performance and career development, identifying individual and team improvement opportunities.
- Recruit, hire, and onboard high-caliber talent to expand the team in alignment with market demand.
- Engage directly in deals as needed to establish executive relationships and support strategic opportunities.
- Optimize sales processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement operational improvements to accelerate deal flow.
- Develop expertise in the product and market, providing actionable insights and guidance to the team and clients.
- 6+ years of experience managing SaaS sales teams, preferably in Mid-Market or enterprise segments.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets in a growth-stage company.
- Experience hiring, onboarding, and coaching Account Executives to top performance levels.
- Strong operational mindset with experience refining sales processes, tools, and forecasting.
- Hands-on approach to sales with the ability to build relationships at executive levels.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Bonus: Experience as a high-performing Enterprise AE, fluency in German or French, and familiarity with talent or HR-related platforms.
