We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to support an attorney with legal casework while also assisting with front desk and client-facing responsibilities. This is a paralegal-first position that includes time seated at the front desk, answering the front door, and serving as a professional point of contact for clients and visitors.

This role is ideal for a paralegal who is organized, client-focused, and comfortable working in a visible office setting.

What You’ll Do

• Support an attorney with case management and legal documentation
• Draft, prepare, and organize legal correspondence and case files
• Maintain accurate case records and updates in Litify
• Track deadlines and follow up on outstanding items
• Sit at the front desk during assigned hours
• Answer the front door and greet clients and visitors
• Answer inbound calls and route inquiries appropriately
• Document client interactions accurately
• Assist with scheduling and general office coordination
• Help maintain a professional, client-ready environment

• Paralegal experience required
• Law firm experience required; personal injury experience preferred
• Paralegal certificate or relevant degree preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable balancing legal work with front desk responsibilities
• Proficient with case management software (Litify a plus)
