Position Summary

We’re seeking an experienced, hands-on Executive Chef to lead all kitchen operations at Lola’s Taco Bar. This role is responsible for culinary execution, team leadership, food quality, and cost control while maintaining a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in an energetic kitchen and takes ownership of both people and product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all BOH operations, including prep, line execution, and service standards
  • Train, coach, and develop kitchen staff to ensure consistency and growth
  • Oversee menu execution while maintaining Lola’s flavor profiles and brand standards
  • Manage food costs, inventory, ordering, and waste control
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Collaborate with ownership and operations on menu updates, specials, and kitchen systems
  • Maintain a positive, accountable, and high-performing kitchen culture

Compensation & Benefits

Requirements: Qualifications
