- Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to assess learning needs and evaluate content impact
- Facilitate engaging, audience-tailored sessions, including team training, change briefings, and knowledge-sharing events
- Participate in change management processes, ensuring training and content tasks are executed and documented effectively
- Manage complex Servicing Enablement requests, coordinating across teams for timely and effective solutions
- Create or support the development of learning materials such as one-pagers, guided workflows, FAQs, and updates to existing content
- Mentor junior team members in learning experience design, change readiness, and stakeholder engagement
- Maintain and document knowledge systems such as Jira, Confluence, and virtual libraries
- Identify gaps in training, content, or readiness processes and proactively implement solutions
- Align learning and change initiatives with organizational objectives to ensure employees are prepared for evolving business needs
- 3+ years in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a related enablement role
- 2+ years of experience in Servicing Operations or an equivalent operational environment within a financial institution or fintech
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt delivery for diverse audiences
- Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and collaborate at all organizational levels
- Experience using tools like Jira and Confluence, with strong attention to detail and documentation
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles in operational environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information
- 5+ years in Learning & Development, Organizational Change, or Program Enablement in fast-paced or regulated environments
- Familiarity with project and change management frameworks
- Skilled in prioritization and time management across multiple initiatives
- Proven track record of independently managing complex projects and meeting deadlines
- Experience leading cross-functional projects related to training, process improvement, or system adoption
- Competitive hourly rate: $27.45$37.98 USD (base pay dependent on geographic location)
