On top of the day-to-day responsibilities of shift work in the cafe, you will be responsible for the ordering and waste management of all coffee-related goods - this includes both perishable and non-perishable items.

In addition, any inconsistencies with staff that cannot be resolved in service must be promptly fed back to Senior Management.

Presentation is integral to maintaining an elevated experience for our customers and showing that we are professionals in this field. As a senior representative of Black Fox, you will be expected to show up to work in clean, presentable clothing that falls within the guidelines of our strict dress code. You will be responsible for both the retail and bulk coffee displays and are expected to maintain their tidy and effective presentation.
