Part Time Industrial Janitor

Responsibilities:
As a Part-Time Industrial Janitor, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout NXA Manufacturing, including:
- Clean and sanitize offices, desks, chairs, high-touch surfaces, and doors daily.
- Sweep, mop, and maintain floors throughout offices, break rooms, and shop floor.
- Take out trash and recycling regularly.
- Clean and restock office and shop bathrooms daily.
- Maintain break room, including tables, chairs, coffee machines, microwaves, vending machines, and supplies.
- Clean windows, ceiling vents, and electric panels on a regular schedule.
- Assist with outdoor areas and parking lots; pick up debris and trash.
- Support pest control by monitoring traps and disposing of pests as needed.
- Identify and submit improvement opportunities; report safety deficiencies.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, mopping, lifting, and bending.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Reliability and ability to work independently.
- Commitment to safety and cleanliness in all work areas.
- Previous janitorial or industrial cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment
