Knowlton & Hidden Hollow Swim Club is looking for friendly, responsible, and motivated individuals to join our team as Front Office Attendants for the summer season. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for their first job or a fun summer position in a positive, community-focused environment.

As the first point of contact for members and guests, Front Office Attendants help create a welcoming and organized experience for everyone visiting the swim club.

• Greet members and guests with a friendly, positive attitude
• Check in members and verify guest passes
• Answer basic questions about club hours, events, and policies
• Answer phone calls and assist with general inquiries
• Assist with daily admissions and simple transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Communicate important information to management when needed
• Help support special events and busy weekend operations

• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-service oriented
• Responsible and dependable
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable interacting with members of all ages
• Basic computer or tablet skills preferred (training provided)
• Must be able to work outdoors and remain attentive during busy periods
